I’m starting from scratch. Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for formation document preparation, EIN assistance, bylaws, and a conflict of interest policy. Choose Premium if you also need Form 1023-EZ preparation and qualify to use it. Message me your state and mission before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
I already have incorporation documents or an EIN. Can you help?
Yes. Tell me what you have completed and share your existing documents for review. Standard is for incorporated nonprofits with an EIN that qualify for Form 1023-EZ. If you need only certain tasks, I can provide a custom offer. Document amendments are quoted separately.
Does registering my nonprofit automatically give it 501(c)(3) status?
No. State nonprofit formation and federal recognition of tax-exempt status are separate. Basic covers formation preparation and the listed supporting services. Standard and Premium include Form 1023-EZ preparation for eligible organizations; purchasing a package does not guarantee approval.
Do I need Form 1023 or Form 1023-EZ?
I review your organization’s structure, activities, financial information, and the IRS eligibility requirements before accepting an application order. Standard and Premium cover Form 1023-EZ for eligible organizations. Full Form 1023 preparation requires a separate custom quote.
Are state and IRS filing fees included in your price?
No. Package prices cover my professional work. State, IRS, registered-agent, and other third-party fees are separate. Before ordering, we will clarify the fees relevant to your scope and who is responsible for paying them. Government fees are paid by you.
What information do you need to get started?
Start with your proposed organization name, state, mission, planned activities, and completed registration steps. Depending on the service, I may also need board details, an organizational address, existing documents, and financial information. I will provide a checklist. Please do not send account
Do you file the documents, or do I submit them myself?
The listed packages include document preparation, the specified assistance, and submission instructions. Filing on your behalf is included only when expressly agreed in your written offer and subject to the necessary authorization and signatures.
Does your delivery time include government approval?
No. Delivery covers the agreed preparation or submission work. Government processing takes additional time, and I cannot guarantee approval or an approval date. Missing information or pending formation details and EIN issuance may affect the preparation schedule; we will discuss that before starting
What will I receive, and what support is included?
You receive the documents listed in your package and a next-step checklist. Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two. Revisions cover adjustments within the original scope. Agency follow-up and any support after delivery must be expressly included in your written offer.
Are annual filings, reinstatement, and fundraising registrations included?
No. Form 990-series filings, tax-exempt status reinstatement, and charitable solicitation registrations are separate services. Registered-agent services and full Form 1023 applications are also excluded from these packages. Tell me what you need so I can provide an appropriate quote.
