What is a funnel map?
Funnel mapping is creating a diagram or visual representation of your sales funnel. This visual model lays out everything in your marketing process – traffic sources, stages of your funnel, customer touch points, landing pages, and more
What is a funnel strategy?
A funnel marketing strategy involves tailoring your marketing messages to the particular stage of purchase a customer is currently at. Before building any online asset, you have to factor in all the stages of your customer journey and build assets around each one of them (emails, landing pages etc.)
Do I really need a funnel strategy map?
If your funnel is simple (eg. facebook traffic>>landing page>>download freebie>>thank you page>>series of weekly emails) then probably not. If you have something more complex with a longer sales cycle, this will definitely make a difference!
How do you do the funnel simulations?
I used to simulate funnel results using spreadsheets. It was pretty cool to nerd out on that, but building formulas got tiresome, plus it was not visual enough for me. Now I use special software for that
