Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account already?
No problem if you don't. I'll guide you through Meta Business verification and connecting your number to the official WhatsApp API. Approval is decided by Meta, but I'll help you prepare everything correctly.
Can I keep using my number in the normal WhatsApp app?
A number connected to the WhatsApp API usually can't be used in the regular app at the same time. I'll explain your options, like using a new number or moving your current one, before we start.
What can my WhatsApp chatbot do?
Answer FAQs, take bookings and orders, share prices and locations, track orders, qualify leads, send reminders, and pass the chat to a real person when needed.
Is it an AI chatbot or a menu-based bot?
