What's covered by the Basic plan?
A single small task that can be achieved between 5 to 15 minutes. Something simple and fast. WordPress/Plugin/Theme update, stylesheet (CSS) fix or customization like changing the color of an element, changing its size, alignment, margin or padding. Changing the size of a image or replacing a logo.
What's covered by the Standard plan?
Any bug/issue that could have multiple causes. In those occasions we have to check what's causing the issue first. Also any task that could require up to half an hour of work or two simple steps to be completed.
What's covered by the Premium plan?
Any task that will require more than an hour of work. A theme customization, problems with a WordPress update that will require backups, version downgrading and probably coding.
What if I need immediate support?

Todo empezó bien pero como siempre pasa por estos lados, los profesionales están más pendientes de terminar y pasar al siguiente que en hacer bien el trabajo. El código tenía unos errores de sintaxis a los que el programador se negó a corregir en este Gig. Aún y cuando fue para lo que fue contratado. Al final tuve que darle yo los ajustes finales.
