What file formats will I receive?
3D renders are delivered in PNG/JPG high resolution, transparent background available on request. If you choose an embroidery digitizing option, you'll also receive DST and PES files ready for embroidery machines.
Can I request revisions?
Yes each package includes revisions so we can adjust colors, logo placement, or angles until you're happy with the final render.
Do you design the cap shape itself, or just apply my logo to an existing model?
I use professional 3D cap templates snapback, trucker, fitted, dad hat, etc. and customize the color, fabric texture, and your logo/embroidery placement for a realistic result.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just send your logo vector file preferred, e.g. AI/EPS/SVG, but PNG works too, your preferred cap style, and any color/fabric references.
Is the embroidery digitizing file guaranteed to work on any embroidery machine?
DST and PES formats are compatible with most commercial and home embroidery machines. If you use a different machine format, message me before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
Can you match a specific brand color (Pantone/RAL)?
Yes, send me the color code and I'll match it as closely as possible in the render.
Do you offer bulk cap design packages for multiple styles or colorways?
