What is an MCP server?
It's a small service that lets AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT use your tools and data directly. The AI can look up records, call your API or run approved actions, instead of you copying data into the chat.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I give the AI only the access it needs. For databases, I can make the server read-only, block write queries and limit it to specific tables. Your credentials stay on your side and never appear in the code.
Which AI apps will it work with?
Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT and any other client that supports MCP.
Which languages and databases do you use?
TypeScript/Node.js or Python, whichever fits your stack best. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL and MongoDB.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code with documentation, and you can host and change it however you like.
What counts as a "tool"?
A tool is one action the AI can take, such as "search customers", "get order status" or "create invoice". We'll agree on the list before I start.
