Will you share access to my code? Is it confidential?
Yes, everything you share with me is treated as confidential. I sign NDAs on request (Premium package). I never reuse client code in other projects.
What information do you need to start?
A description of the bug, the Laravel version, any error message, and access to the relevant code (private repo invite or zipped files). The more context, the faster I can fix.
What if the bug is bigger than expected?
If during diagnosis I find the bug is larger than the package covers, I'll tell you immediately with a transparent estimate. You decide whether to upgrade the package or stop there — no surprises.
Do you work on legacy Laravel versions (5.x, 6.x)?
Yes, I can work on Laravel 6 and above. For Laravel 5.x or older, please message me first — sometimes upgrading is more cost-effective than patching.
Can you fix issues in deployment (server, .env, permissions)?
Yes, if you provide SSH access or detailed deployment context. Server-side debugging is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
What if I'm not satisfied with the fix?
Each package includes revisions. If the bug isn't fully resolved within the agreed scope, I keep working on it until it is — that's the deal.
