Do you need access to the target company's systems?
No. Reports are based on documentation, briefing information, and publicly available data. For Premium I include a 30-minute call. I'll be clear in the report about what I have and haven't verified.
Is this suitable for a formal due diligence process?
These reports are credible inputs to a deal process, not a replacement for a Big 4 technology audit. If you need a vendor-signed report for regulatory or lender purposes, that's a different scope. If you need a high-quality commercial technology perspective, this is the right product.
Can this be used in a Vendor Due Diligence pack?
Yes. Tell me upfront and I'll structure it accordingly.
What are the most common findings?
Inadequate cybersecurity controls (MFA, endpoint protection, incident response), fragmented or legacy practice management systems, and UK GDPR compliance gaps. Common findings, priceable before close.
