Yes. The Basic package is ideal for troubleshooting, repairing or improving a smaller existing workflow.
Can you connect custom APIs and webhooks?
Yes, provided the service offers suitable API or webhook access. More complex integrations may require the Standard or Premium package.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Wherever possible, use collaborator access, OAuth or secure credential connections so your passwords remain under your control.
Will you test the automation before delivery?
Yes. Every package includes testing before delivery. Standard and Premium also include stronger error-handling and handover support.
