I will register your trademark in the philippines

I will assist you in preparing and filing a Philippine trademark application. It usually takes 3-6 months from filing for the Certificate of Registration to be issued.

My fee only covers the filing of the application. In the event that the application is allowed or provisionally refused, there will be an additional fee of $60.00 or $100.00 (minimum), respectively.

The service does not include the payment of any official fees. I will forward to you the Statement of Account (SOA) and payment link, which you may then pay directly yourself (through credit/debit cards). If you wish for me to pay the fees on your behalf, the fee will $100 PER CLASS to cover the official filing fees. In addition, the issuance fees will be charged in the amount of $100. So in an application for one class, I will charge you $200 on top of the professional fees. For two classes, it will be an additional $300.
