About this Gig
I will prepare and file the Request for Renewal covering your trademark registration in the Philippines.
The service will not include the payment of filing fees and other official fees. For such fees, I will forward to you the Statement of Account (SOA) and payment link, which you may then pay directly yourself (payment through credit/debit cards are accepted). This saves on forex fees, bank transfer fees, and service fees.

If you wish for me to pay the fees on your behalf, I will charge an additional $200 per class ($300 per class if already in the grace period--6 months after expiration). In addition, renewal issuance fees of $100 will also have to be paid.
Please message me before ordering with the trademark particulars since a signed Power of Attorney must be provided by you for submission to the IPOPHL. A separate $30 official fee will be paid for the recordal of the POA.
