I will respond to registrability reports and office actions

A trademark examiner may raise formal and/or substantial objections to the trademark application you filed, usually in the form of a Registrability Report. I will assist you by preparing and filing the necessary Response Letter to overcome the objections and so that your application will be allowed to proceed to registration.

If you believe that the Registrability Report or Notification of Provisional Refusal raises only mildly complex objections, feel free to message me for a custom quote.

In the event that a second Response (next step when examiner disagrees with the Response) will be required, a separate engagement will be necessary. I will provide an estimate of the chance of success of our Response.

The service will not include the payment of filing fees and other official fees. For such fees, I will forward to you the Statement of Account (SOA) and payment link, which you may then pay directly yourself (payment through credit/debit cards are accepted). This saves on forex fees, bank transfer fees, and service fees.
