FAQ
Can I add and manage properties myself without IDX or MLS?
Yes. A manually managed property catalogue with an editing walkthrough can be included. You can add, edit and remove records yourself after handover.
Does IDX include an MLS subscription or guaranteed coverage?
No. You arrange and pay for the subscription and required MLS approvals. Confirm compatibility and access before ordering.
What do I need to supply, and who pays for tools?
Provide approved or drafted page copy, branding, property data and images you have rights to use. Hosting, domain, paid themes/plugins, IDX, CRM subscriptions are not included. The design approach, including any paid plugin, is agreed upfront.
What revisions and support are included?
Revisions cover the agreed pages, design direction and features. Support covers defects in my delivered work for 30 days, excluding new features and later third-party changes.

Nouman built my real estate website exactly how I had envisioned it. I shared a few example websites, and he successfully combined the best elements from them together with my additional input. He was also very open to revisions and kept working on the project until I was completely satisfied. Really great to work with!
