I will do monthly bookkeeping in quickbooks online or xero

Doing your books at midnight? Not sure if you actually made money last month?

You didn't start a business to categorize bank transactions. And when the books fall behind, your accountant charges you more to fix them at year end.

I'll keep your books clean and up to date every month, in QuickBooks Online or Xero.

Every month I'll:

- Categorize every transaction

- Reconcile your bank and credit card accounts

- Track who owes you and who you owe

- Send you a profit and loss and balance sheet

- Walk you through the numbers on a short call (Standard and Premium)

You'll know where your business stands, and your accountant gets books they can file from.

I work with small businesses in Canada, the US and the UK, including ecommerce, trucking, construction and service businesses. Certified QuickBooks Online and Xero ProAdvisor with 5+ years managing books for accounting firms.

Books already behind? Start with my cleanup gig and we'll move to monthly once you're caught up.

Message me roughly how many transactions you have a month and I'll suggest the right package.
