I will do quickbooks online and xero cleanup and catch up bookkeeping
Senior Accountant QuickBooks Xero Specialist
I help small business owners in Canada, the US and the UK get their books clean, current and easy to understand.
Most clients come to me with a problem: books months behind, a tax deadline, or number...
About this Gig
Books months behind? QuickBooks or Xero balance doesn't match your bank?
Maybe your tax deadline is coming, your accountant asked for clean books, or you need financials for a loan. Maybe a previous bookkeeper left things in a mess, or the bank feed created duplicates you can't untangle.
I'll get you caught up and cleaned up.
What I do:
- Categorize every uncategorized transaction
- Find and fix duplicates, wrong entries and miscoded expenses
- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
- Clean up your chart of accounts
- Deliver an accurate profit and loss and balance sheet
- Walk you through what I fixed on a short call
You end up with books you can trust and hand straight to your accountant.
I've cleaned up books for small businesses in Canada, the US and the UK, including ecommerce, trucking and construction. Certified QuickBooks Online and Xero ProAdvisor with 5+ years in outsourced accounting.
Once you're caught up, I can keep your books current every month so this never happens again.
Message me how many months you're behind and I'll send a quote.

What happens after the cleanup?
You can keep me on monthly so your books stay current.
