My background is actually quite unique. I started my career as a Construction and Building Engineer, which gave me a deep understanding of infrastructure and project management. However, my passion for tech led me to pursue a Computer Science diploma, and I transitioned into full-stack mobile development.
The most complex application I’ve built recently is a startup project called WhatsUnity. Because of my background, I noticed a huge gap in how residential buildings handle complex maintenance and issue reporting, so I built a platform to digitize compound management.

Yes, to ensure we build exactly what you envision, I require completed UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) before we begin development. If you only have a rough idea or wireframes, please message me first so we can discuss the best approach.
Who pays for the database and backend hosting?
You do. You will create your own Supabase or cloud provider account, which ensures you have 100% ownership of your data and infrastructure from day one. I offer a "Production Database Setup" gig extra where I handle all the complex architecture, deployment, and security rules on your account.
