Parenta tracks tenants, units, and rent for landlords who used to compute kuryente bills on the back of a receipt. Both have real, paying users. Both were built by one person, using AI-assisted coding (Claude Code) and Supabase as the backend.

What's the difference between the three packages?
Scope. Basic is one tool doing one job well. Standard is a small app with a few connected features and login. Premium is the full build — exports, admin views, payment-ready.
How long does it actually take?
5–14 days depending on package, starting once I have your requirements. Bigger scope, longer build — I'll tell you upfront if your idea doesn't fit the timeline.
I'm not technical at all — is that a problem?

Do you build native iOS/Android apps?
No — I build mobile-first web apps (PWAs) that work like an app on the phone, no app store required. If you specifically need App Store / Play Store presence, message me first so we can talk through whether that's the right fit.
