How to do this ?
I will: 1- Analyze all your files structure and identify their constituting attributes 2- Build Access Database according to attributes and the relation among them. 3- Write VBA modules to import the data files into the Access Database. 4- Design Input forms and Output Reports to Enter/Show data.
What about the future data I have ?
You can add more data to the new database through input forms. If you always receive data updates, a CUSTOM IMPORT ROUTINES can be written to import data any time in the future.
