Which booking plugin do you use?
Whichever fits your rules best — Crocoblock JetAppointment or JetBooking, Amelia, Bookly, FluentBooking or WooCommerce Bookings. I recommend one after I see your requirements, and the licence is included in your package.
Can you build a booking system no plugin supports?
Yes. When your rules are too specific for an off-the-shelf plugin, I build a custom booking system with JetEngine or custom PHP so the logic matches your business exactly, instead of forcing you to work around a plugin.
Can customers pay online when they book?
Yes. I integrate Stripe, PayPal or WooCommerce checkout, and can set full payment, a deposit only, or pay-on-arrival per service. Coupons, taxes and invoices can all be included.
Will bookings sync with my Google Calendar?
Yes. Two-way sync means a new booking appears in your calendar instantly, and anything you block out in Google is removed from your available slots automatically. Zoom or Google Meet links can be generated too.
Can I manage multiple staff members or locations?
Yes. Each staff member gets their own services, working hours and calendar, and multi-location setups are supported. Customers can pick a provider, or the system can assign the first available one.
Do you send automatic reminders to customers?
Yes. Confirmation and reminder emails are included in every package, and SMS or WhatsApp reminders can be added as an extra. Reminders are the single most effective way to cut no-shows.
Can I add booking to my existing WordPress website?
Yes. The Basic and Standard packages both work on an existing site. Send me your URL and I will confirm what the current theme and hosting will support before you order.
Do you build hotel, rental or tour booking sites?
Yes. Date-range booking with per-night pricing, minimum stay, seasonal rates and availability calendars is covered in the Premium package, built with JetBooking or a custom setup.
Can I manage bookings myself after delivery?
Yes. You get an admin calendar where you can add, move or cancel bookings, change availability and edit prices without touching code. I include a walkthrough video showing exactly how.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Standard includes 14 days and Premium 30 days of support. Monthly maintenance with updates, backups and security is available as an ongoing extra.
