As a marketing agency owner, my time slots of helping people here are limited. Setting up Performance Max campaigns is the right way to both help out as many people as I can, and ensure you'll have the best chances of you managing them on your own.
What ad budget do I need to have?
My clients' ad budgets range from 1.000-20.000€/month. It depends on many factors, such as the number of products/categories advertised, competition, targeted countries and more. However, from my experience, ad budgets lower that 1.000€/month have much lower chances of creating profit.
Aside from the ad campaign, what's needed to ensure the best chances of profit?
Accurate conversion tracking, an optimized product feed and a customer list that gets renewed. While those services are not included in this gig, I can perform an audit and let you know whether you need to purchase the added service of Account Setup.
