I will prepare artworks for offset printing

I'm a prepress manager having 20 years of experience in both offset and flexo printing Industry and currently running a local pre-press company in Sri Lanka.

I will prepare your artworks for commercial printing process for both Offset and Flexo printing.

What I offer :

• Pre-flight artwork for quality and printability. ( Image Resolution / Minimum line thickness, etc)
• Prepare artwork for final cutting sizes and maintain cutting safe area.
• Bleeding, Trapping and keep away unnecessary colors.
• Maintaining overprints and omit white overprints.
• Maintain ink coverage.
• Planning, Step & Repeat, Imposition.
• Cutting and die lines.
• Maintain post press operations ( UV Varnish / Emboss / Deboss )
• Final Ripped 1bit tiff files.

What I need :

Artwork Preparation

• Final cutting size.
• Required bleed margin and minimum safe area.
• cutting die line if any.
• Paper or board sizes and type and grain direction.

Book Planning :

• Page cutting size paper size
• Binding Method
• Special marks need (Collating marks / slur / density bar)

RIP - 1 Bit Tiff output :

• Need resolution of the CTP Device ( 2400dpi)
• Dot shape / angles
