About this Gig
You know something on your site is not landing. You are just not sure whether it is the navigation, the wording, the layout, or the button nobody can find.
A careful manual review by one person - me - of the pages you choose. Not a scanner export, not a lab study with recruited testers. My judgement, written clearly, with fixes ranked so you know what to fix first.

Is this user testing with real participants?
No, and I will not describe it as that. This is a structured expert review by one reviewer. There is no recruited panel, no participants and no formal research protocol. If you need statistically valid user research, this is not the right service.
Do you test on real phones?
I check mobile widths in the browser using device emulation, which catches layout, spacing and readability problems. Physical device testing is not included unless we agree it separately before you order.
Will you fix what you find?
No - this gig is findings only. You get a prioritised list you or your developer can act on. If you want me to implement the changes, message me and I will quote that as separate work.
What counts as one revision?
A revision clarifies or corrects the report: something unclear, something I got wrong, or a finding you need explained further. It does not include reviewing a newly redesigned version of your site, which is a new order.
Can you promise more conversions?
No. I will not promise ranking, conversion or revenue results. What I promise is a clear, honest read of what is getting in your visitors' way, and a sensible order to fix it in.
Do you use AI to write the report?
The review and the judgement are mine - I walk your site myself. My workflow is AI-assisted for drafting and formatting the report, but every finding comes from my own read of your pages.
