Will you back up my site before making changes?
Yes, always. I take a full backup before I touch anything, so if something goes wrong we can roll straight back. Your site stays safe while I work.
My site is really slow - can you actually make it faster?
Usually, yes. Most slow WordPress sites have a few clear culprits: heavy images, no caching, too many plugins. I find them, fix them, and show you the before and after PageSpeed score.
Do you need my admin login?
For most fixes, yes - I'll need temporary WordPress admin access. You can create a separate login for me and remove it the moment I'm done. I'll walk you through it.
