It only answers from the content you give me, and I set it to say it isn't sure and pass you to a human when it doesn't know. That keeps it honest instead of guessing.
Do I need my own OpenAI account?
It helps, because the bot runs on your own API key so you stay in control of the cost. If you don't have one yet, I'll walk you through setting it up - it only takes a few minutes.
Can it work on WhatsApp or Telegram too, not just my website?
