I clean and combine small product-catalog Excel and CSV files into one agreed layout.
Choose by total source rows across all files: Basic up to 100 rows ($15), Standard up to 200 ($30), Premium up to 300 ($45).
Each package includes up to two files, 15 agreed fields, one output layout, one revision within the original scope, and 7-day delivery.
You receive a cleaned XLSX or CSV, an exceptions list, and a change log with input/output row counts. I tidy formatting, preserve product codes and leading zeros, and remove duplicates under your approved rules. Missing or conflicting values are flagged for your decision.
These packages cover file preparation. Live store imports, scraping, product research, image editing, macros and integrations require a separate agreed scope.
My portfolio example uses fictional data. Communication is through written Fiverr messages.

How do you handle duplicates and conflicting information?
I remove duplicates only under approved rules and preserve product codes, including leading zeros. Missing or conflicting values are flagged for your decision. I do not invent missing product information.
Can you handle larger catalogs or upload files to my store?
For more than 300 source rows or work outside the package limits, contact me for a custom quote before ordering. These packages cover file preparation; live store imports, scraping, research, image editing, macros and integrations are excluded.
Is the portfolio sample client work?
The portfolio sample is a self-initiated demonstration using fictional product data. It shows the cleanup process and file handoff. Your delivery will follow the rules agreed for your own catalog.
