Do you need access to my SendGrid account?
I may need temporary access to the relevant SendGrid settings or a suitable collaborator/invitation method to configure and test the service. Never send your password in the Fiverr chat.
Do I need to provide DNS access?
For SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain authentication, DNS changes are normally required. You can either provide the appropriate access through your DNS provider or make the changes yourself using my instructions.
Can you connect SendGrid to my website or application?
Yes. I can configure SendGrid SMTP or Email API connections for supported websites and applications. For a complex custom integration, please contact me before ordering so we can confirm the scope.
Will you guarantee that every email reaches the inbox?
No. Email delivery depends on factors outside the SendGrid configuration, including recipient providers, sender reputation, content and sending practices. I will configure and test the technical email setup correctly, but I cannot guarantee inbox placement.
