Which tools do you support?
n8n (self-hosted or cloud), Zapier, and Make.com (formerly Integromat). For other tools like Pipedream or Workato, message me first - I likely can but want to confirm.
I don't have a JSON export. Can you still help?
Yes. Send screenshots of your workflow and the error message. I can either guide you to export, or rebuild from your description.
Will you need my account credentials?
Only if I must log in to test against your real account. Credentials are never stored - once delivered, I rotate any test credentials. You can also provide a test or dummy account.
What if my problem is bigger than I described?
I'll message you within 2 hours of receiving your details. If scope is larger, I'll suggest the right tier or refund and explain. No surprise scope creep.
Do you offer rebuilds from scratch?

What time zone are you in for revisions?
