What is a REVISION and what does it mean?
A revision is not a new design all together but minor edits in the shortlisted option to make it perfect,e.g. color/font change, minor tweaks etc. If you request entirely different logo concept, please gladly place an order for extra concept.
What do I get in the basic package?
In basic package you get a single basic logo concept, no mascot or complex request will be entertained. I would recommend to purchase at least the standard pack to have more options to choose from
Does the buyer owns all the rights to the logo concept purchased?
Yes, the buyer attains all the rights only to the logo concept they have purchased. The seller would only be allowed to share the work on his portfolios on or off fiverr for marketing and promotion of his creative capabilities. The buyer is free to use the logo in any way he desires.
How many finalized logos will I receive?
One. You will receive one finalized logo with each package, even though you will receive multiple initial concept options, you will only receive one finalized logo. If you need more than one finalized logo message me and I will make an offer for you.
What is the process?
Once you place and you will be asked for some questions in order and based on your answers I'll create and deliver concepts (number of concepts depends on gig you ordered) for you to choose from. You can request a revision on the chosen concept. Then I'll send you the source files of the final logo
Will I get with the logo also the font files?
No. Font files and its license is not allowed to transfer to other person. But you will get the link where you can the font purchase it.
How long does a revision takes?
The revision usually takes 24-48 hours.
In which software do you design the logos?
in Adobe Illustrator. Please understand the PSD files are only exported and NOT made in Adobe Photoshop, because it is a raster software and made mainly for photo edit or web designs, not for logos.
Do I need to have font files to use the logo?
No. All text/fonts are in the logo file converted to paths so you dont need to purchase the font to use the logo.
I also ordered a business card or letterhead design. Who is responsible for typos?
The client must check all text, typos and spelling before accepting delivery. Once approved, any printed mistakes are the client’s responsibility and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
