A Confirmation Statement is a mandatory annual filing required by Companies House to confirm that your company's information is accurate and up to date
Do I need to pay the government fee separately?
Only on the Basic package — you pay Companies House's £50 fee yourself when I submit. Standard and Premium include this fee in the price, so it's a single payment and I handle everything end to end.
What counts as the "1 update" in the Standard package?
One change alongside your CS01, such as updating a director, PSC (person with significant control), registered office address, or SIC code. Need more than one change? Message me before ordering for a custom quote.
How does the reminder service work in Premium?
About 2-3 weeks before your next confirmation statement is due, I'll message you a reminder so you never miss the 14-day filing window or risk penalties. No extra charge — it's included for a full year.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your company name, company number, and confirmation of any changes since your last statement (directors, PSC, address, share capital, SIC codes). If nothing has changed, just confirm that and I'll proceed.
What happens if I miss my filing deadline?
Companies House can prosecute the company and its officers, and may eventually strike the company off the register for missing the 14-day window after your review period ends. I always aim to file well within the deadline.
