Yes! Every design is tailor-made based on your character, theme, and brand. We don’t use templates — your visuals will be 100% original.
What information should I provide when ordering?
Please send your stream name, color/theme preference, character or mascot (if any), social media links, and examples if you have references. The more details, the better!
Can you include my character or VTuber model in the design?
Absolutely! We can include your character, logo, or VTuber model as long as you provide the visual assets in high resolution (PNG or PSD preferred).
What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive PNG files for static assets and WebM or MOV files for animated overlays, optimized for streaming platforms.
Can I request changes or revisions?
Yes! Each package includes revisions (check the gig package). We’re happy to adjust things to match your vision.
Do you offer rush delivery?
