What is your actual design process from start to finish?
1. Read brief carefully. | 2. Draw initial sketch. | 3. Coloring and detailing. | 4. Open for edits/revisions
I want to get a free preview before ordering. How does it work and how long will it take?
It's super easy, just send me a message in my inbox and describe your concept in detail. Feel free to attach any references, and I'll get right on it. The turnaround time depends on my current queue. If I'm not too busy, I can usually send you the rough preview within 24 hours max.
What do you need from me to start working on the badge?
1. A clear brief: a detailed description of your idea. | 2. References: picture, elements, color palettes, or anything that match the badge. | 3. Platform: tell me where will you use the badges, so I can unsure the size fit perfectly.
What file formats will I receive with my order?
For sub badges: 4 transparent PNG files (18×18, 36×36, 72×72 + 720×720px) | For bit badges: 4 transparent PNG files (18×18, 36×36, 72×72 + 720×720px)
Can you provide a resolution higher than 720×720px?
Currently, 720×720px is the maximum resolution I provided
How does the copyright and usage rights work for the badge?
You have 100% full freedom. All designs come with full personal and commercial use. However, please not that my role is strictly limited to creating the design. Once the files are delivered, the full responsibility for how the badge is used, printed, or managed rests entirely with you.
Can I resell the files or elements separately, or edit them first?
Yes you can. The design is 100% yours to reuse or resell. However, any future edits or modifications you make are entirely your responsibility. My role finishes once the final files are successfully delivered to you.
Can you help me if I have issues with the file formats after delivery?
Of course! Just let me know and I'll do my best to help you fix it. (note: I can only assist with the files I provided, not issues with software or device).
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the final result?
To respect the creative time spent on each project, I don't offer refunds. However, that's why I provide a free preview before you order. Lets make sure you love the concept first, so you can order with 100% confidence.
