What do you need from me to start?
Your store URL, a short description of the problem, and screenshots or a screen recording if possible. If the bug only happens on certain pages or devices, please mention that too.
What access do you need to my store?
Collaborator access through Shopify. You don’t need to share your password, and you can remove my access anytime after the work is done.
Will you work on my live store?
No. I work on a duplicate of your theme first, test everything, and only publish after you approve. Your customers won’t see anything broken while I work.
What if my problem is bigger than the package I choose?
I’ll check before starting and tell you honestly. If it needs more work, I’ll suggest the right package or an extra, so there are no surprises.
What if the bug comes back after delivery?
For ongoing protection, you can add the 7-day support extra.
Do you work with any Shopify theme?
Yes, including free Shopify themes, paid ThemeForest themes, older legacy themes and custom-built themes.
Can you fix problems caused by an app?
Often, yes. I can find whether an app is causing the issue and fix the conflict in your theme. If the problem is inside the app itself, I’ll explain what’s happening so you can contact the app’s support.
