What program will you use to design the schematic and PCB?
Currently, I only use KiCAD to design the schematics and PCB layout.
What files do you need to design the layout?
Usually, I just need the circuit diagram. You can send it to me in PDF or image files like JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
What requirement or information you need to make the schematics and PCB design?
Please state the shape, dimension, and mounting holes if there are any. Please also mention if you prefer surface-mounted (SMD) or through-hole (THT) components in the design.
What files you will deliver to me?
I will deliver the project source files as well as the schematics (PDF), Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), Centroid file, and 3D model (STEP file). You can mention me if you only need specific files.
What do I do with the files you deliver?
You can send the Gerber files to PCB manufacturer like PCBway or JLCPCB to fabricate the PCB. You can also send them the BOM files and centroid file if you want your PCB assembled by professionals.
