Yes. If you shot video in 4K I have a gig extra to export in 4K. I charge a little extra because it takes a longer time to render. If there are some smaller clips, like 1080p, I can upscale those to match the 4K clips - but the quality difference may be slightly noticeable.

I apply stabilization to shaky footage - but there's only so much it can do. I'll do my best.

Yes, but remember that YouTube and Facebook has algorithms which pick up copyrighted content and remove it from their platforms. I can't reedit the video if this happens after the project has started.
