FAQ
What will I receive?
An Excel workbook with Pricing, Features and Sources tables, three CSV exports and an English PDF brief: 1 page in Basic, 2 in Standard, 3 in Premium. Files can be imported into Google Sheets. Research facts include source references and access dates.
Can you find the competitors for me?
These packages compare the competitors you provide. Send their website or pricing URLs. If you also need competitor discovery, please message me before ordering so we can agree a separate scope and custom offer.
What counts as one competitor?
One SaaS product with one pricing offer, not every product owned by a company. All tools should serve the same use case. If you want your own product in the full comparison, it counts toward the 3, 4 or 5 tools included in your package.
How many plans and features are included?
Basic: 2 plans per tool and 6 shared feature criteria. Standard: 2 plans and 8 criteria. Premium: 3 plans and 10 criteria. Free plans count. A criterion is one function or limit, such as Stripe payments or user limits. You name the priorities, or I select core criteria.
How do you compare prices and billing models?
I record the published currency, billing period, price unit and visible conditions. Annual-billed monthly rates, per-seat prices and one-time offers stay clearly labeled. No currency conversion or invented monthly equivalent for lifetime deals. One pricing context: GLOBAL or one country/market.
What if a price or feature is not public?
I label it Contact sales, Not publicly disclosed or Not publicly verified, with a note. Missing evidence is not treated as No. I do not guess private prices or bypass access controls. If a major gap prevents a useful comparison, I explain it and agree the next step with you.
What is outside the scope?
Paid databases, vendor contact, interviews, surveys, signed-in or hands-on testing, SEO and traffic estimates, financial forecasts, market sizing, legal conclusions and ongoing monitoring. This service compares published offers; it does not guarantee revenue or product success.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated correction or clarification round within the original tool list, plans, criteria and snapshot date. New competitors, a new pricing context, new criteria or later-date research need a separate quote. My source, transcription or formatting errors are corrected at no extra charge.
