This gig accommodates all impact levels from beginner to pro, providing you and/or your team with a change management strategy for your project. Upgrade to Standard or Premium and I will create the plan and even consult with your clients and colleagues.

The entire engagement is guided by Prosci's change management process as well as Service Adoption Specialist practices to ensure you engage in all areas of awareness, knowledge, and ability to effectively incorporate the people side of change
