I'll help you protect your Trademark across the US by preparing, searching, filing and monitoring your US trademark application with the USPTO. Please reach out with any questions!
Choose a package to start your trademark journey. I will prepare the trademark application for you after answering your questions.
Basic Package: no search, and you must be able to file with the USPTO and have a UserID (basically, US resident). I will provide complete video step-by-step instructions on filing.
Standard Package: search and application for US residents, as well as non-residents who need a US attorney on the application. I am a licensed US attorney who will prepare the application and appear on it to comply with USPTO requirements. You are in charge and you receive all correspondence. Don't forget to add the official fee (Add-On below) if you would also like us to to submit the application for you.
Premium Package: includes the features of the standard package along with the official fee in TEAS PLUS in one class. I will submit the application for you! I'm your attorney on the file and can answer questions anytime.

FAQ
How long does it take for the trademark to be approved?
It takes 10 months for the Examiner to review the application. The Examiner may issue an office action, or allow the mark right away, at which point it gets published. The fastest registration may be 12 - 14 months after filing. Under certain circumstances a trademark can be expedited
Are there any additional requirements once the mark is published?
Assuming no opposition is filed, if the mark was filed on an intent to use basis, the mark must be in use and a specimen provided, within 3 years max (extensions must be filed every 6 months) but ideally as fast as possible
Once an office action response is filed, how long to hear back from the USPTO?
It takes 2 - 4 months to hear back on average. You may hear a positive reply earlier, as the Examiner just wants to close that file and get it off his/her desk.
Can you speak with the Examiner for me?
Only in the Standard and Premium packages will an attorney speak with the Examiner. In the Basic you can speak with the Examiner and we also have a video to show how to overcome some basic objections.
Can you file a Canadian mark for me?
I can also help with Canadian trademark filings.
How many goods and services can I have in the trademark application?
There is an official fee for each class of goods and services. Once you pay for a class you can have as many goods/services as you like within that class.
What if the trademark is descriptive or similar to other registered marks?
I'll tell you if I think the trademark is descriptive and you can modify it or file for a logo. There is a search in the Standard and Premium packages and if there is a similar mark then we can work around it.
How much are the USPTO Official Fees?
My Basic and Standard Packages do not include USPTO Official Fees. Only the Premium Package includes the USPTO Official fees. As of Jan 18, 2025, USPTO fees have significantly changed. TEAS Plus & TEAS Standard have been removed, & replaced with a new base application fee of USD $350 per class.
