Absolutely! There are plenty of exercises you can do at home with little to no equipment.

The meal plan breaks down how to organize you macronutrient balance throughout the day. Total calories and about how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat.
What does the workout plan consist of?
The workout plan is a completely custom weekly schedule of workouts. It tells what exercises to do, what days to do them, and when to rest.
What does ongoing support include?
It basically means I am your personal coach for the time you purchased! You can message me any time for questions or if your plan needs adjustment. Whatever it is you need, I'll be there. (Please be mindful of any time zone differences and that I am a student! But all response times are ASAP.)
