The light need to be all over the background so that there would be no shadow and the background would be the exact same color all over. The color of the background should also be very different from any other colors within the scene, if you are not sure, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

I think the seller tried to meet my needs. However, I am not sure if we communicated well enough regarding the right “solution” for the background. I think the object/person in the video is a bit blurry/glitchy. I mentioned this but didn’t get any further communication about it.
