Whether you're brand new to the world of YouTube management or an already established channel with lower than expected analytics, it is incredibly tricky to understand how to establish an audience.
As a YouTube expert with over 10 years of experience and working with multiple well-known brands, I can help you take your channel to the next level, by providing guidance and advice you need, to grow your subscriber and viewership numbers. I have managed channels with millions of subscribers and helped grow one in a small niche from 0 to 80k within two and a half years.
Every package will also receive a written report, that will be put into sections and summarised for the specific aspects to undertake. In the Standard and Premium packages, I will supply a video explaining the different aspects and the next stages for your channel to undertake. This will also be supplied with timestamps for yourself to refer back to in the future.
Please bear in mind that I do not offer asset creation, one-on-one video calls or channel management.

FAQ
Do I need content already uploaded to the channel?
Yes. In order to evaluate your YouTube channel, you would first have to have at least some content uploaded to understand how it will operate. The amount of subscribers, view count or engagement will not matter.
Are the standard and premium packages video calls?
No. I will record a desktop recording with my voice, about the different aspects according to the package, and will supply timestamps within the video itself for yourself to skip through the different areas. Written reports are supplied for each package.
What specific aspects do you cover?
I will cover almost everything about the channel, including utilising YouTube Studio to its maximum, capitalising on engagement through thumbnails, video content & ideas, and also a plan of action going forward.
Do you need access to my channel?
I can work without access to your YouTube Studio, but seeing the analytics behind-the-scenes would help prepare my report. However, sharing screenshots or a video recording of the backend can also work.
Can you supply videos, thumbnails and other materials?
I do not offer creative services at this time. However, I am able to fully utilise the Adobe Creative Suite to adjust content or create concepts.
