What information you need?
I need complete bank statement, for the period expenses and income details, also for Quickbook online and Xero software, need login information or you have to add me as accountant user for this, I will provide you my email.
What is yours time zone and how you adjust with my time zone?
I will adjust myself with client time zone we will discuss the suitable time when we can interact with each other and I will adjust my working with yours availability. I care about client comfort so don't worry about time differences.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
I follow the IFRS standards for the bookkeeping and accounting process. Normally it starts with Setting up the chart of accounts, import banking data, categorization of transactions, Payroll processing, vendor accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, financial reporting and tax ready reports.
How does the QBO bookkeeping process work with you?
After we have discussed your project, you will need to add me as an accountant user to your QBO account. To do this, log into your QBO account. Then click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request to my email. I request you to give me full access.
Are you available to be my long-term bookkeeper?
