I work in Elementor daily and test on real devices, not just the editor preview the preview hides problems that appear the moment someone opens your site on a phone.

HOW I WORK

I find the actual cause rather than patching the symptom. A layout breaking on five pages usually has one shared rule behind it fix that and all five are fixed. Custom CSS goes through WPCode or your child theme so it survives updates.

I back up before touching anything, and I don't change your desktop design unless you ask.
