Need a sneaker colorway tech pack for new colors on a shoe your factory already makes?
I'm a footwear designer who prepares colorway and CMF (color, material, finish) packs, so brands launch new colors without a full tech pack each time.

I'm a footwear designer who builds tech packs for the system behind a shoe line, not only single shoes. I help brands reuse one sole across styles, launch colorways without redrawing, and send factories packaging specs with the shoes. FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your current flats or tech pack, photos of the shoe, the colors or mood you want and your launch date. Then I confirm the sneaker colorway tech pack scope.
Can you work if I only have photos of the shoe?
Yes. I redraw the sneaker as vector flats first, quoted as an add-on, then build the colorways on them.
Will my factory accept your colorway pages?
Yes. Factories work from colorway PDFs with Pantone or TPX codes per part, which is what you receive.
What does CMF mean?
Color, material and finish. Each part gets all three, because the same color looks different on suede, mesh or patent.
Can you suggest colors for my season?
Yes. I can propose color blocking options from your mood board, then document the ones you approve.
Do you give article numbers?
Premium includes a table linking each colorway name to an article number format you choose, ready for ordering.
Do you dye materials or make samples?
No. I deliver digital files only. Color lab dips, material sourcing and samples are handled by your factory.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover changes inside the agreed design, such as swapping colors. New styles or changed briefs are quoted as a custom offer.
Do I own the colorways?
Yes. After completion you own the CMF design files and can produce and sell the colorways.
