I build a voice assistant that answers spoken questions about your business, checks your free times and books appointments. It only books after the caller says yes, and it can answer in English or another language you need.
You can hear one in my portfolio: Nora, a receptionist for a dental practice. She handled 14 of 14 test calls, with about 2 seconds per reply.
Before handover I run test calls with your real questions and send you the results.
What I need from you: your services, prices and opening hours, how you take bookings now (calendar or booking system), and 10 typical caller questions.
Phone number and voice costs (Twilio or similar, usually a few dollars a month) are paid by you directly.

FAQ
Can it book an appointment by mistake?
It reads the time back and only books after the caller says yes. This is enforced in code, not only in the instructions, and it won't double-book or book outside your hours.
What happens with questions it can't answer?
It takes the caller's name and number and logs a callback request for your staff. For urgent medical danger signs it tells the caller to call the emergency number straight away.
