I'm an electrical engineer with 4 years in power systems and renewable energy development, most recently at Arup, where I supported feasibility and capacity studies for data centers, transit agencies and utilities. I also built NeoLand, an AI site-intelligence platform covering 140M+ US parcels against 20+ live GIS layers.

No. I am not a licensed PE. This is a development-stage screening report to help you decide whether a site is worth pursuing. Permitting and construction require a licensed engineer in your state.
Can you guarantee the project will get interconnection?
No one can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. The queue is the utility's call. What I give you are the physical and grid indicators that make interconnection more or less likely, so you can rank sites and avoid the obvious dead ends before spending real money.
Do you cover parcels outside the United States?
Not right now. My parcel and GIS data coverage is US only, so I only take US sites. If you send an international parcel I will tell you upfront rather than take the order and under-deliver.
