What should I do before purchase?
Before purchasing please contact me, send the image(s) that needs retouching, and provide detailed information about what you would like to be done to your image. Please do not book the gig without discussing your needs with me first, so I can be sure the quote is accurate to your needs.
What type of file(s) will be delivered?
I will deliver a layered PSD as a final image and high-res JPG. If you need any other type of file, please let me know in advance.
What is the best way to send instructions?
You can send reference photos of retouching and color grading that you want to achieve. A popular practice is to circle the spots in the photo specifically that you need to be retouched and/or add written notes on the image.
What type(s) of file is required for professional editing?
The best files for retouching are full-size RAW files. I can also deliver high quality results from any other types of files, like high-res JPG, TIFF or PSD. Please always be sure to send the largest (usually the original) file you have available.
