I will file your US or wipo international trademark application

I am a U.S. licensed patent and trademark attorney based in San Diego, California, with over 25 years of experience helping clients protect their brands and inventions. Many of my patent, trademark and patent projects are based on a fixed fee basis. Also available are a few levels of trademark searches with the most basic being the knockout search for identical matches in the USPTO database. I include the knockout search with all new applications but a full/comprehensive word mark search includes a search of the US federal, US states, common law and various industry and proprietary databases is also available for an additional fee.

The filing fee is normally $350 per class of goods or services and this fee is paid directly to the USPTO upon filing and is not included in my bid.
