What I build into an MVP:

How the work runs:
1. We agree the users, the screens and the main job the app has to do.
2. You get a live link you can log into early in the job.
3. Each change ships as a numbered release, tested before it goes out.
4. At handover you receive the code, database setup and deployment notes.
My own product, SmartOps, is a field operations platform used by telecom and solar contractors in Kenya. It runs on this same stack and has gone through more than 340 releases. Screens from it are in the gallery.

I am a telecommunications engineer (B.Sc., JKUAT) and founder of Magna Lights Africa Limited in Nairobi, which builds telecom towers and solar systems. I build web apps with AI-assisted development. My main product is SmartOps, a field operations platform with logins and roles, a Supabase database, M-Pesa payments, PDF reports and offline mode, now past 340 releases. I have prepared project proposals for Safaricom that were implemented, and done consultancy work for eCitizen and the East African Community. Do I own the code?
Yes. At handover you receive the full source code and the database setup, and the app is deployed to your own accounts.
Can you integrate M-Pesa payments?
Yes. I have built M-Pesa STK Push collections, B2C and B2B payouts and reconciliation into a live platform. You need a Safaricom Daraja account for your business.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of who will use the app and what it must do, any designs or example apps you like, and access to your domain if you have one.
What happens after delivery?
Bugs in what I delivered are fixed at no charge. New features after delivery are quoted as a new order.
