What happens in the assessment?
You share your module list and a database backup (or test access). We check every module and the key data for the target version and send a written report: what upgrades as-is, what needs porting, the risks, and a fixed quote. If you go ahead, the upgrade starts from that report.
How does customization work?
We write the requirement down, agree the scope and price, build it as a separate Odoo module (we never edit core Odoo code), test it on a copy of your database, show it to you, and deploy it only after you approve. For upgrades, this means each custom module is updated to the new version's code and
Is my system secure after customization?
Custom code respects Odoo's access groups and record rules, API keys and passwords are stored in Odoo settings and never written into the code, and the source is handed to you in your repository. When the work is done we remove our access and recommend you change any shared passwords.
Will I lose data?
We always upgrade a copy first. Your live database stays untouched until you approve the tested result, and downtime is a planned window of a few hours.
