What if you can’t fix the error?
If we find during diagnosis that the fix needs much more work than the package covers, we stop and explain the cause and options before doing more. You can then upgrade with a custom offer or cancel.
Do you fix third-party (App Store) modules?
Yes, as long as we have the source code. Paid apps should be up to date and licensed for your version.
What do you need from me?
The full error log or traceback, steps to reproduce, the Odoo version, and access to a test copy, Odoo.sh or the code repository.
Will you work on my live database?
We prefer to reproduce and fix on staging or a copy. We touch production only for deployment, and only after you approve.
Can you help with errors after an upgrade?
Yes, we often fix post-upgrade issues. Full version migrations are a separate service; message us for a quote.
